The software will be offered under two licenses:
The AGPL for everyone, and a signed Commercial License that adds premium materials and removes the AGPL's source-sharing duties.
Signing a Commercial License costs you nothing. It will provide you with additional capabilities that will enable you to create a fully-functioning mobile internet system.
Royalties arise only when a licensee charges generates revenue from the service and that revenue exceeds US$750,000 in a year. If you do not charge users or generate revenue from the service, no royalty payment required.
